The official start of the campaign is in January 2009 and aims to incriminate the extreme animal cruelty and the organized fights between animals

For less then 20 days the campaing gathers signatures from all arroung the country and a Petition with 31 060 signuters from adults and 1 732 signatures from children is lodged in the National Assembley, Ministry of Justice and the Representation of the European Commission. Many participations in the media, pressconferences and other related events were organized in the meantime.

With the final vote in April 2009 the Bulgarian Parliament incriminated only the organization of fights between animals. 

After the latest brutalies from which the most shocking is the story about the dog with the chopped off limbs in from the town of Drianovo,  the campaign is resumed in April 2010.
